If you’ve been feeling overworked, overwhelmed, overstimulated or unable to create space for self- care, then you are on the right track, by giving yourself the gift of this retreat. Aiming to create space for you to relax and rejuvenate your body mind and soul in the lush grounds of Tallows Beach Houses Byron Bay, right alongside the beach, inclusive of a wonderful rejuvenating one hour massage.
This retreat is an invitation for the reprogramming of your body’s response to stress, to experience a sense of truly letting go, as we create an easy way into our natural state of being. Through the healing practice of Meditation, Gentle Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga we are tapping into our ability to find balance in the nervous systems of action (sympathetic) and relaxation (parasympathetic). Restorative Yoga practices are aimed solely at the Yin channel of life. This is a time to stop, pull back, nourish, heal and take stock. It is like a long yawn or an afternoon nap. One short session almost magically resets the inner clock. Imagine what a 5 days will do!
