In this day and age we live such fast paced lives that we have forgotten how to be present, how to pay attention and enjoy living in the day to day moment. We are usually so tired that at the end of the day we collapse in a heap before getting up the next day to start it all again. It seems to be this never ending circle depleting us of the loving and truthful human being that we are. You know you have more to give, in all areas of your life but you don’t know where to start and how to implement calm, happiness and well-being in your life. It is time to learn the tools to help you find inner peace, connect to the feeling calm and regain your zest for life. Miriam Van Doorn and Sharon Darmody are both busy mums, running their families and individual businesses, coming from different traditions and master teachers in their ﬁeld who have learned how to deal with the pressure of everyday life to ﬁnd peace and harmony. Together they share with you their knowledge spanning more than 40 years, enthusiasm and their innate love for helping you achieve the life you were meant to be living, in harmony with yourself.
