In this retreat we will connect to the qualities of the 5 elements, namely wood, fire, earth, metal and water to explore and balance them. This will guide us to more Stability, Flexibility, Awareness, Lightness, Freedom and Joy of Life.
As with Yin and Yang, the five elements are constantly pursuing harmonious relationships with each other. They rely on each other for their existence and management. If one element is weak or dominant, then all the others will also be affected. All things in the universe such as seasons, climates, emotions and internal organs correspond to one of the elements.
