Read more below about the styles of yoga I teach:

  • In SLOW FLOW: We warm up the body, and then mindfully move through a mix of standing and seated poses, focusing on the mind / body connection and awareness of the breath. We end with cooling supine poses and resting in savasana.

  • FLOW + YIN: A 30 minute vinyasa flow, waking the body up and connecting breath with movement. Followed by Yin yoga, a passive practice of longer held poses that work with connective tissues, fascia and joints. This class is the perfect balance of movement and stillness to begin your day.

  • YIN YOGA: Bring balance to a busy, active life with this quiet, meditative practice. Perfect for all abilities, Yin yoga benefits the deeper connective tissues of the body, including ligaments, fascia and joints. Poses are mostly seated and supine, and held for 3-5 minutes with support. Drawing from traditional Chinese medicine and Buddhist philosophy of mindfulness, poses open and enhance the flow of energy (chi) in the body, as you also quiet the mind

  • PRENATAL YOGA: Support your body, mind and baby in this special class time together! Decrease stress and nausea, decrease lower back pain, Increase mobility and strength, support the health of your baby, improve sleep, and get some nurturing time just for you! No previous yoga experience required!







 
 

Private Yoga Sessions

For a personal touch and an individualised training book a private session either at your home or office space. One on one sessions or get a group of friends or colleagues together, great for de-stressing, fine tuning your yoga practice, improving posture, and enhancing overall well being.
