  Access the first two chakras (Root and Sacral) is part of your membership. Classes for the other five chakras (Navel, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown) are available as a collection for an additional $30. Once you purchase these, you will have lifetime access to the full suite of videos and supporting resources.

Pregnancy Yoga

Miriam is a qualified Doula and her Prenatal yoga classes are about spending time tuning into the needs of your body and of your rapidly growing baby. Prenatal yoga classes combine gentle stretching and strengthening, breath awareness, relaxation, and meditation 

Some classes are included in the subscription plan but a course of 6 weeks is $30
