In yoga, the sun’s energy is symbolized by active, warming, and invigorating practices, so our morning session will honour this through an exploration of sun salutations and an energizing hatha flow practice. In the afternoon, we will move to grounding and restorative practices, paying homage to the energy of the moon, restoring balance from our active morning practice.
This blissful retreat will increase your sense of energy and vitality, refill your cup and bring you ‘home’.
