VinYin: Ganesha Strong Flow
This Vinyasa Flow begins with Ganesha Mudra (Hand Gesture) to remove all obstacles, hence a stronger yoga asana practice to dissolve tension and bring fluidity back into your life. Finishing with a Seated Forward Fold, an Outer Thigh Stretch and a Yummy Twist.
VinYin: Lower Back and Hip Release
In this flow we focus on Lower Back and Hip Release as well as bringing Strength to our Upper Body, finishing with Yin Yoga - Happy Baby Pose and a wonderful Lying Down Twist. We also practice Viloma Breathing technique, 3 part inhalation to help increase our Lung Capacity and to release Stress and Tension.
VinYin: Lizard Flow
A beautiful way to start the day with this Vinyasa Lizard Lunge Flow to open through the hips with Malasana Squats (Deep Indian Squat) and Twists, followed by a Deep Yin Yoga Session with Sphynx Pose, and Shoelace Pose (Cows Face) and a Long Savasana (Relaxation)!
