This introductory 50 hour training will set a solid foundation for yoga teachers looking to become meditation teachers, and is also open to students who are looking to further expand their knowledge on various meditation styles and techniques to improve their own practice with the support of like-minded people. You will have the support of a group collective to encourage having a daily practice overseen by Miriam.
