This 4-day course is designed to provide a foundation for teaching Yin Yoga skillfully, from the heart with compassion and awareness.

The course can be attended as a stand-alone accredited course or as an optional module on our 150-hour Post Graduate Course. Also this training is for those who want to deepen their practice and their knowledge without wanting to teach yoga.
